各参赛单位：
第八届世界太极拳健康大会暨第二届全国武当拳交流大赛原定于2024年10月9日至14日举办，现因故推迟，将于10月10日至15日在湖北省十堰市武当山举办。为了做好大赛组织和接待工作，现将本次赛事有关事宜补充如下：
一、报名
（一）报名网址：http://ctwushu.justtool.com，技术服务电话：18064684229。
（二）报名截止时间：2024年9月15日 24:00。
（三）本届大赛报名方式为网上报名，请各参赛队由领队统一在规定时间前完成网上报名，并将所报人员身份证复印件、责任声明书（手写签字）、人身意外保险单（保期须包含比赛时间）按规定拍照上传至报名网站。
（四）所有参赛人员的 1寸免冠照片电子版（备注姓名）请以参赛队为单位统一发送至组委会电子邮箱（wudangwushu@163.com）。
（五）各代表队名称要求在10个汉字以内，不允许出现世界、国际、中国、中华等字样。对超过10个汉字的队名，组委会有权对运动队名称进行删减。
二、报到
各参赛队于10月10日到酒店报到并办理报到的相关手续，领取参赛证件及资料。报到时，领队收集本队所有人员身份证在酒店报到处办理住宿。

三、住宿标准
(一)境内食宿费标准
1.舒适型酒店标准间：每人每天300元，计1500元人民币。
2.豪华型酒店标准间：每人每天460元，计2300元人民币。
3.组委会统一安排标准间，若需安排单间需补房间差价，舒适型酒店单间：400元/人/天，豪华型单间：500元/人/天。
(二)境外人员食宿标准
1.舒适型酒店标准间:60美金/人/天，单间:70美金/人/天；
2.豪华型酒店标准间:80美金/人/天，单间:90美金/人/天。
(三)凡报名参加大会食宿自行安排者，每人缴纳会务费200元。

四、比赛成绩与段位申报
此次比赛个人成绩可作为认定武术段位1—6段技术依据。凡比赛成绩和资格达到晋升或授予相应段位的参赛者，由本人提出申请，向所在地段位制办公室进行申报，可按照《中国武术段位制管理办法(2024)》相关规定完成赛后段位认定工作。

六、其他
(一)请各参赛队自行办理运动员身体健康证明及意外伤害保险，与责任声明书在报到时交组委会验证，缺一项不得参赛。
(二)提前报到、推迟离会者，请务必提前10天告知组委会，以便安排，费用自理。
(三)请各参赛队领队和教练，于10月11日上午10:00按时到指定酒店参加组委会和技术会议。
(四)各队报到后，请认真阅读秩序册内容，对项目和姓名有异议者，务必于10月10日12:00之前，由本人或领队、教练填写申请表并签字于组委会和技术会议后递交大会组委会竞赛部(注明签字人联系电话)。编排记录长将进行核查，最终结果以原始报名表为准。
(五)运动员须在赛前30分钟参加检录，每10分钟点名一次，三次点名未到，按弃权处理。
(六)少数民族队伍如对饮食有特殊要求，请及时与组委会联系。
（七）为保障运动员的身体健康，在训练和比赛期间，如身体感觉不适或出现其他症状，应立即向组委会上报，并退出比赛。
（八）未尽事宜，另行通知。

Supplementary Notice of the 8th World Tai Chi Health Conference and the 2nd National Wudang Quan Exchange
Each participant:
The 8th World Tai Chi Health Conference and the 2nd National Wudang Quan Exchange competition were originally scheduled to be held from October 9th to 14th, 2024. However, due to unforeseen circumstances, they have been postponed and will be held from October 10th to 15th at Wudang Mountains in Shiyan City, Hubei Province. In order to provide good organization and reception services, the relevant matters of this event are now supplemented as follows:
I. Registration

2. Registration deadline: 24:00 p.m., September 15th, 2024
3. The registration method of this competition is online registration. The team leader should complete the online registration before the specified time, and take photos of the ID card copy, liability statement (handwritten signature), personal accident insurance policy (guarantee period must include the competition time) and upload it to the registration website.
4. All 1-inch headless photos (name noted) should be sent to the email address of the Organizing Committee (wudangwushu@163.com).
5. Team names must be within 10 Chinese characters and are not allowed to include words like “World”, “International”, “China”, or “Chinese”. For team names exceeding 10 Chinese characters, the organizing committee reserves the right to abbreviate them.
II. Check-in
Each participating team is required to check in at the hotel on October 10th, complete the necessary registration procedures and obtain the participation credentials and materials. When checking in, the team leader should collect the ID cards of all the team members and apply for accommodation at the hotel registration counter.

III. Accommodation Standards
A. Domestic Accommodation and Meal Rates
1. Standard room in a comfortable hotel: RMB300 per person per day, totaling RMB1500.
2. Standard room in a luxury hotel: RMB460 per person per day, totaling RMB2300.
3. The organizing committee will arrange standard rooms. If a single room is required, the difference must be paid. Comfortable single room: RMB400 per person per day, luxury single room: RMB500 per person per day.

E. Each team should remit the payment to the above account when registering. All fees must be paid by September 30th. A photocopy of the remittance voucher should be submitted to the organizing committee upon check-in.
F. If an athlete withdraws from the competition or retires midway due to personal reasons, neither the accommodation nor the participation fees will be refunded.
IV. Competition Results and Wushu Rank Declaration
The individual performance of this competition can be used as a basis for excusing the technical test of Whushu rank 1-6. Participants who have achieved promotion or been awarded the corresponding rank in competition results and qualifications shall submit an application to the local rank system office and complete the rank qualification work in accordance with the relevant provisions of the “Management Measures for Chinese Wushu Rank System (2024)” after the competition.

VI. Additional Information
A. Each participating team is required to submit the athletes’ health certificate and personal accident insurance along with the handwritten and signed liability waiver to the organizing committee for verification upon registration. They are not allowed to participate if one item is missing.
B. Those who register in advance or postpone their departure must inform the organizing committee 10 days in advance for arrangements, and the expenses will be borne by themselves.
C. All team leaders and coaches are required to attend the organizing committee and technical joint meeting at 10:00 a.m. on October 11th at the designated hotel.
D. After checking in, each team should carefully read the contents of the order of play. If there are any discrepancies in events or names, they must be reported by the athlete themselves, or by the team leader or coach by filling out an application form and submitting it to the competition department of the organizing committee before 12:00 a.m. on October 10th. The contact number of the signatory must be clearly written on it. The chief recorder will review and the original registration form will be used as the final reference.
E. Athletes must undergo inspection 30 minutes before their competition, and roll call will be conducted every 10 minutes. Failure to respond after three calls will be treated as a forfeiture.
F. If ethnic minority teams have special dietary requirements, please contact the organizing committee in a timely manner.
G. To ensure the physical health of athletes, if they feel unwell or experience other symptoms during training and competition, please immediately report to the organizing committee and withdraw from the competition.
H. Matters not mentioned will be notified separately.
